Mag. Aneta Pissareva & Dr. Doris Gapp
Mag. Aneta Pissareva , born in 1973, has been working as a business economist and entrepreneur in the private sector since 1997 and therefore knows how challenging it can be to integrate lightness and serenity into an intensive professional day. The conscious recognition of her own need for rest and the spiritual search for meaning led Aneta to fasting in 2008. Since 2012 she has been leading her fasting courses with a lot of joy and empathy. www.reset-fasten.at
Medically approved fasting leader (BV fasting and nutrition); alkaline fasting trainer; management consultant; qualified mental trainer, Nordic walking instructor; further training in health yoga, studying clinical nutritional medicine at the Danube University Krems since October 2021.

Dr. Doris Gapp not only takes part in the fasting course herself, but also provides medical support to the participants. Through her training as a nutritional doctor and regular participation in various fasting cures, she knows about the health benefits and positive effects,
both body and mind.
