A 3-month, evidence-based program focused on sustainable change —

Program Structure

Initial consultation including explanation of the program and handover of the individual plan

Blood tests at baseline and after 3 months to assess progress (complete blood count including lipids, lipoprotein(a), ApoB, HbA1c, HOMA index, liver and kidney parameters, electrolytes, vitamins, iron)

BIA measurement to assess fat mass and muscle mass

What happens during the 90 days?
The program includes individual daily guidelines that are followed and tracked over the entire 90-day period.
1. NUTRITION

2. LIFESTYLE

3. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Strength training at least 2× per week (minimum requirement)

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) 2–3× per week

Goal: muscle building, metabolic activation, and sustainable fat loss.
4. REWARDS
A conscious reward system to support long-term adherence:
Participants may allow themselves 1–2 small rewards per week (e.g. one glass of alcohol or one sweet), provided the weekly goals are met.
Optional Add-On
For individuals with a high fat mass or significant overweight, a GLP-1-based medical therapy may be considered.
In this case, regular monitoring of muscle mass is essential to prevent muscle loss.
