SMALL GROUP SESSION MENOPAUSE 2.0 - ORIENTATION&INFORMATION
Menopause often begins quietly—long before it is consciously noticed. Changes creep in, questions arise, uncertainty develops. Getting informed early helps to navigate it consciously and independently.
