​The medical assessment includes, but not limited to:

• Physical Examination and Detailed Consultation with Assessment of Personal Risk Factors

• Detailed internal examination, including measurement of height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference.

• Pulse rate and blood pressure measurement.

• Auscultation of the lungs and heart.

• Examination of the head, neck, and ears.

• Palpation of vessels, liver, kidneys, and spleen.

• Assessment of joints and spine.

• Laboratory Tests Expanded with the Following Parameters:

• Comprehensive thyroid panel

• HbA1c

• HOMA index

• New: Omega-3 Index determination

• Assessment of dietary habits (ideally over several days), selection of the appropriate method, and goal setting (this will be discussed in a separate appointment).
